Kenvil

Kenvil is home. P&R Contractor LLC is based on Pine Street, which means Kenvil projects get the shortest drive, the earliest start times, and a crew that can stop by between milestones without it being an event.

Kenvil's housing is a mix of postwar capes, split-levels, and ranches along Route 46 and the Berkshire Valley Road corridor. Most of what we do here is opening up small kitchens, converting tubs to showers, and finishing basements into the extra living space those floor plans never had.

Every Kenvil job gets the same written scope, kept schedule, and final walkthrough as every P&R project, plus $600 off any full kitchen or bathroom remodel.
