Yes. Any work that needs a permit gets one. We file with the township, schedule the inspections, and your project ends fully documented, which matters when you sell.
A bathroom is typically two to three weeks, a kitchen four to six, and a basement depends on size and whether a bathroom is going in. Your written estimate includes a start date and a target finish, and we order materials before demo so the job doesn't stall.
Almost always. We cover floors, seal off the work area, keep a walking path clear, and pack up every day by 5 PM. Kitchen clients usually set up a temporary coffee-and-microwave station elsewhere.
